Oh no, the first signs colds and flu means the weather is truly turning colder. Its the start of this dreaded season. So here’s my natural home remedy to help you fight those colds.
- half a sliced lemon
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 2 slices of ginger
- pinch of dried chilli powder
- 2 cups of water
Place all in a saucepan, bring to boil and it let simmer for 5 minutes. Strain into a cup and add honey, there’s enough for 2 cups.
