Maria is a fully qualified acupuncturist based in Essex with clinics in Chelmsford and Maldon. She has over 16 years experience in helping people with a whole range of conditions and is happy to give a free 10 minute phone consultation. In keeping with Traditional Acupuncture, Maria believes in treating the whole of the person with an individualised treatment plan.
Wearing loose fitting clothing so that lower arms and legs can be easily exposed. Feel free to bring a change of clothes. It’s always better to have had something to eat prior to your acupuncture treatment.
Avoid alcohol, caffeine or other stimulants before your appointment, and don’t forget to turn off or silence your mobile phone.
