REBECCA ADLINGTON – SPORTS INJURIES

The focus this year is Sports Injuries. More of us are exercising than ever before and just over 50% of us will have had an injury in the past. The downside is that 30% of us have not fully recovered from our injury. Rebecca Adlington is supporting our Awareness Week for 2016 and talks about how acupuncture helped her with shoulder injury. Of course before her appearing on The Jump!

Hence, around 2.3 million acupuncture treatments are carried out each year in the UK and Traditional Acupuncture is the most popular complimentary therapy practised in the UK.

For information please check out my post aches and pains or get in touch enquiry form.
